The study is based on qualitative methodology of grounded theory. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and participant observation techniques. 15 person with experience of involvement in street quarrels were included in the sample. Comparison Methods of Strauss and Corbin was used to analyze the data. Seven Categories were selected from 64 initial codes and the category of "social deformity /obstruction of communication action" were introduced as the central category. Findings of the research based on interviews with people involved in street quarrels and coding of responses also indicate that three groups of causative, background and interventional factors were identified in the paradigmatic model. The causative factors include the lack of communication skills, the reduction of the threshold of tolerance and financial and family disputes. the underlying factors such as location, socioeconomic status and parenting and education have been the contributing factors. Structural violence and cultural poverty were identified as intervening factors.  The interaction of these factors cause the preparation of conflict grounds, tendency to conflict, and ultimately the occurrence of street quarrel in Sanandaj. هدف مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی وضعیت نزاع‌های خیابانی شهروندان سنندج و عوامل و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر آن است. روش نوشتار حاضر کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریۀ زمینه‌ای است که در آن 15 نفر از افراد درگیر در نزاع‌های خیابانی ازطریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده و در مطالعه مشارکت کرده‌اند. داده‌های پژوهش به‌روش مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شده و از روش مقایسه‌ای مداوم استراوس و کوربین نیز برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. از میان 64 کد اولیه، هفت مقوله انتخاب شد و با توجه به روابط و مقایسة آنها، مقولۀ "بی‌قوارگی اجتماعی‌ـ‌انسداد کنش ارتباطی" به‌منزلة مقولۀ مرکزی معرفی شد. یافته‌های پژوهش مبتنی بر مصاحبه با افراد درگیر در نزاع‌های خیابانی و کدگذاری پاسخ‌ها، حاکی از آن است که سه‌دسته عوامل علّی، زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌ای در الگوی پارادایمی مؤثر شناخته شده‌اند: عوامل علّی شامل ضعف مهارت‌های ارتباطی، کاهش آستانۀ تحمل و اختلافات مالی و خانوادگی؛ عوامل زمینه‌ای، ازجمله شامل محل سکونت، پایگاه اجتماعی‌ـ‌اقتصادی و تحصیلات فرد و والدین، و مؤلفه‌های مهیاکنندة موقعیت نزاع و درگیری در سطح شهر سنندج بوده‌اند؛ عوامل مداخله‌گر یا  تسهیل‌کننده دربرگیرندة خشونت ساختاری و فقر فرهنگی بوده است. از نتایج این مطالعه برمی‌آید که اثر متقابل این عوامل و تعامل بین آنها زمینه‌های نزاع، گرایش به نزاع و درنهایت وقوع نزاع خیابانی در شهر سنندج را فراهم کرده است.<br />   http://www.jss-isa.ir/article_34718_0528dea9bbc7d49632849e66267cefd4.pdf
